Every family has its own go-to traditions for holidays like Easter: dressing up the kids, putting on their Sunday best, and joining with their friends and family at their local church. For many WaterWays Township residents, this year’s Easter celebration will begin on Saturday, when we’ll host a Reverse Easter Egg Hunt in Long Creek Park. For this twist on the traditional Egg Hunt, we’ll give all the children and grandchildren in attendance a chance to hide the eggs for the adults to find. Regardless of their age, most kids love the opportunity to try to stump their parents, grandparents, or older siblings! So that none of the children feel left out, we will also host a mini hunt just for them before the main event. Adult Easter Eggs will have hidden surprises in them… including gift certificates to local shops and restaurants. The Owners Association will host a party with snacks and refreshments immediately following the hunt. We are so excited for this opportunity to celebrate the holiday with our residents!

For Easter Sunday, we’ll recommend a few delicious brunch spots to check out. Enjoy!

If you’re in Savannah for Easter Sunday, there are a bunch of great stops you can make for a good brunch. Trip Advisor highly recommends Cafe M for their Parisian twist on your standard breakfast and brunch dishes. The Ordinary Pub offers a trendier menu, with options that are guaranteed to please everybody. The self-proclaimed “gastropub with a brunch problem” has all your brunch essentials, from $10 bottomless mimosas to a full brunch menu. Check out their loaded weekend brunch menu here! And, if you’d rather stay in Richmond Hill, Bubba’s Bistro can never disappoint for an all-you-can-eat brunch!

Wherever you may end up, we hope that you and your families have a lovely Easter Sunday!
